The Training Center of the Kosovo Banking Association was established in 2005 and has played an active role in the banking sector development process. The role of training in KBA is to fulfill the needs of the banking sector by providing training for all those who wish to gain knowledge in the field of banking and finance.
In 2011 KBA Banking Training Center became the first accredited institute in the region to offer the European Foundation Certificate in Banking (EFCB) for the sector and banking recruits, thus bringing European standards in banking sector in Kosovo, and creating a uniform foundation of qualifications for all bankers in the sector in line with European qualifications. The training courses are specifically designed for banks and the attendees come from the banking sector and the Central Bank, Micro-finance Institutions and insurance companies. The training course curriculum is designed in close collaboration with the managers of the banks’ staff.
The Kosovo Banking Association, in cooperation with House of Training/ATTF and with the support of the Luxembourg Government, is organizing the three-day online training course on "Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Financing". The course will be held on 10 – 12 December 2024, from 09:00 – 16:30h. In addition, as part of the training, an individual coaching session is also included, which will be held on December 16, 2024, and will be scheduled in collaboration with the trainer.
