The Training Center of the Kosovo Banking Association was established in 2005 and has played an active role in the banking sector development process. The role of training in KBA is to fulfill the needs of the banking sector by providing training for all those who wish to gain knowledge in the field of banking and finance.
In 2011 KBA Banking Training Center became the first accredited institute in the region to offer the European Foundation Certificate in Banking (EFCB) for the sector and banking recruits, thus bringing European standards in banking sector in Kosovo, and creating a uniform foundation of qualifications for all bankers in the sector in line with European qualifications. The training courses are specifically designed for banks and the attendees come from the banking sector and the Central Bank, Micro-finance Institutions and insurance companies. The training course curriculum is designed in close collaboration with the managers of the banks’ staff.
Kosovo Banking Association in cooperation with the House of Training / ATTF and in cooperation with the International Capital Market Association enables all interested parties from Kosovo to apply for the "Capital Markets and Financial Instruments: CAMFIN Certificate" program in two sessions, during June and October 2019. In this case, in cooperation with the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance, "House of Training / ATTF" offers the opportunity to receive a scholarship of up to 10 participants.
